PIC14000-04/SP 300mil, PDIP28The PIC14000-04/SP is a 8-bit powerful only 35 single word instructions CMOS one-time programmable (OTP) based Microcontroller. The PIC14000 uses a RISC Harvard architecture CPU with separate 14-bit instruction and 8-bit data buses. A two-stage instruction pipeline allows all instructions to execute in a single cycle, except for program branches, which require two cycles. A total of 35 instructions are available. Additionally, a large register set is included. with standardized features including 7kB of addressable program memory size, 192bytes of data memory size, 22 general-purpose I/O pins and two comparators. This device operates at a maximum frequency of 4MHz with wide operating voltage of 2.7 to 6V.
